No matter who you are, or how healthy you eat, it’s easy to get a little off track and feel…..OFF. GROSS. YUCKY. All things I have definitely felt before but NOW I’m so glad to know how fast food can help me get back on track. I am not a fan of fad diets or quick fixes, but you do have to eat, and sometimes what helps us get back on track is to FEEL better FAST. And nothing will help you do that better than a true clean up of how you eat and shift to high vibrational healing foods.
