In this phase, we explore food sensitivities and restoring your digestion for optimal health:

    •  Jump right in and start to improve your stomach's ability to make hydrochloric acid

    • Understand food sensitivities and edit your diet to add in specific foods and herbs to knock them out so they're a non-issue

      • How to develop a mind body connection that taps you in to what's happening inside
      • The gut connection and how it relates to your digestion, absorption and how your body receives the foods you eat
      • How to develop and use your beliefs and faith to promote a healthy physical body
      • How to develop your own daily mindset routine that will have you manifesting health and reducing stress

      MODULE 5: Identifying Disease-Specific Foods

      In this next phase, we focus on the fact that if you're dealing with "autoimmune conditions" you likely are dealing with a virus and that means targeting it to get it out of your system. In this phase you'll:

      • Create menu plans that give you anti-viral and anti-fungal foods
      • Learn how to use supplements to kill off viruses in the body faster
      • Come up with tons of amazingly easy and healthy recipe ideas that incorporate your best digestion and anti-viral foods
      • Learn the best foods and supplements for thyroid disease, MS, RA, fibromyalgia and other mystery conditions
       

      MODULE 6: SUPPLEMENTS
