what in the heck is food combining?

Food combining works on the principles that everything is energy.

You. Food. And the way that certain foods and food groups work together can either help your body more easily process what you eat, receive nutrients from your foods and give your body the power it needs to heal itself, and that means, getting rid of bloating and other gut issues AND any other issue you’re dealing with.

At the core of everything ‘off’ in the body is a lack of flow. You want to unlock your digestive energy so that you can be better at processing, cleansing and eliminating. And when you do that, your body runs smoothly and is clean and clear inside which shows up OUTSIDE as a vibrant, healthy good feeling body.

It’s pretty freaking amazing.
