I lived the healthiest lifestyle of anyone I knew and yet I had infertility issues and going down that 8+ year path of trying to get pregnant, but never getting there is how I reversed my health, hormones, gut and inflammation from the inside out. It’s the only reason I’m naturally lean and so healthy now at almost 47, because I know my body and everything I do with food supports it’s natural flow inside.
