HUMAN DESIGN & YOUR UNIQUE DIGESTIVE PROFILES
Each of us is born with a main human design type, and specific digestive profiles. Now that you understand that optimizing digestion is key for health, it really is so cool that you can know how you are designed to digest that is not going to be like anyone else.
Each human has one profile that shows your strongest SENSE. This means that when you allow yourself to take in food (and information) in this way you are making it much easier on yourself and your body. Again, easy = easier health, you’re not fighting yourself trying to be like anyone else or following a protocol made by someone with a different type than you. Find your strongest sense below and apply it to the way you consume food. Remember also that this tells you how you also digest ‘life’ meaning how you take in all information, you’ll get the idea when you listen, but it’s universal to all aspects of who YOU are.
Your second profile dictates the best ENVIRONMENT for you to consume food (and information). When you let yourself eat in this way, you again further optimize digestion by letting your body work as it was made to. Again, you might find these are things you naturally are inclined to do (I totally did). Why this is so amazing is that it takes pressure off of us for being ourselves and doing things that the world or the health world says are wrong/bad/incorrect.
Nope. There’s none of that here, it’s just you realizing the way you are wired is the way you get to do this. And I hope it brings you a big smile and great relief and you learn that for sure no one knows better than you do about how you get to eat, live and thrive.

How to live this out starting now:
Realize your brain, therefore body does better with consistency with your food intake. This means, if you like to eat breakfast around 8am, do that everyday so your body can depend on it and not have to ‘think’ and make a decision around. Be consistent in what feels good and right for you. This is more about the timing of the food, not the actual foods needing to be the same, but if you want that too, go for it.
If no one told you when to eat, when do you feel truly hungry and ready for food? Also consider the YOU being your higher self, the version of you who is healthy, choosing real foods, moving, pouring the best into her/his body. What does she know about what your daily schedule looks like? Start there.
Repeat for eating patterns, morning to night, and just experiment with it for three days trying one way, and then tweak it and try another three, until you land in a place/pattern where you feel satisfied, you know you are giving your body consistent fuel and real nutrition and you are feeling well physically and digestively.
