Hello and I’m so happy you are here, ready to feel so good in your body down to your cells!!

I wrote this program really for myself after going through so many different methods and cleanses and protocols and never feeling like they were quite right, or hitting the mark long term. I wanted to know how everything with food worked, so I dug into it until I found out :)

If you’re here I know you are looking for a fresh start, a jump start and to maybe get to know your body again and learn to trust that it can feel better and to know how real food really impacts and influences us (not just to lose some weight….but that definitely is a side effect), but to create a relationship with food where it works, you know what to do with it and you feel better and better with time and age versus the opposite.

I love plants. I want you to get to experience and feel what it feels like to infuse your cells with true foods that hold healing information on the physical, spiritual and emotional levels. These foods in this program are completely what works for health. They will only feed positive nutrition and information into your body and then? Your body will respond in the most positive ways.

I do also want to add here, you do not need to eat like this forever. When you want a reset, it’s often because you are feeling confused with all the information about food and health in the world and have been eating in a confused manner that’s not getting you results. AND/OR you haven’t been giving yourself the highest quality ingredients and perhaps feel sluggish and bloated and you truly need a reset and want to be able to feel what your body likes and thrives off of in the future.

This will give you the clarity in what feels good to you because what it will do is clear the old away. Literally and figuratively. It’s a chance to give yourself a break from processed foods and high fat foods and start again. I promise you will have a much better grip on what you want to do with your food going forward after this reset!

how this works:

I filmed a “how to follow the protocol” video for you so you have a clear picture of how to implement and use the recipes as well as why you are eating them and eating them in this way. The ‘way’ you achieve the results of a reset is you rehydrate and saturate your cells with lots of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, live enzymes and you essentially clean yourself out. When you eat glucose rich foods, fruits and vegetables, they give your body all of what it needs and nothing it doesn’t. Results come when you get rid of old waste products, toxins, and the fluids they are being stored in. This means the key to health is through cleansing and maximizing your digestive system and digestive energy. Follow the formula and choose from the options I’ve given you for breakfasts, lunches and dinners and watch your digestion improve day after day. You will feel lighter instead of heavier with each meal you eat.

OPTIONAL: Ease in process

I’ve used this before doing a cleanse when I was in the middle of eating like crap and wasn’t quite ready to jump in yet. Here’s an option for you! If you want a little pre-game warmup, this is what to do:

Before you start your official 10 days, begin by removing the following items from your diet in this order, or you can do this for days 1-3 and follow with a week of the reset. You can always come back to this (I actually recommend it at least once per season). If you already don’t eat/drink them, then that’s cool, you can just keep going or move to the next day!

EASE IN DAY 1:

Omit alcohol .

EASE IN DAY 2:

Omit all processed and packaged foods. The only exception here is something like a whole foods based product like lentils in a package or chickpea pasta, or organic marinara. Omit gluten, dairy, eggs, pork and corn.

EASE IN DAY 3:

Omit coffee (coffee is acidic and a stimulant and will interfere with the calming and cooling process we are working to accomplish in your body and digestive system) I also recommend omitting black teas and other caffeinated teas, I don’t think I need to say this but any energy drinks in cans also are out!

What you will be eating is a huge variety of fruits and vegetables (minus corn) in various form. Juices, smoothies, salads, soups, stir-frys and of course whole raw fruits and vegetables will make up your meals. This works because you are giving your body ONLY pure foods with intention, power and purpose in your body and to your cells, tissues and organs.

I know I talked through the protocol in the video, but I will list it here again for you if you prefer the written format.

Daily Protocol:

Wake up: Drink 16-32 oz filtered water with fresh squeezed lemon or lime. (Half a lemon for 16 oz; a whole lemon for 32)

>>Wait 15-30 minutes before moving forward

NOTE: if you don’t eat right away in the day, feel free to push this back until you are ready to break your overnight fast. I usually drink lemon water, move onto raw fruit and then on an empty stomach go back to the green juice and then move forward again.

Green Juice: Keep this simple, I highly recommend pure celery juice, however you can also do cucumber, or a simple combination of celery, cucumber, lemon (or also add ginger root)

>>Wait 15-30 minutes before moving forward

Raw Fruit: Consume any raw fruits you want in whole or blended form. You can chop up apples, pears and oranges and snack on them, you can do a bowl of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, and banana slices. You can mono eat and choose all one kind of fruit. I’m linking some important videos and trainings on this from my You Tube channel with the rest of your morning instructions that help explain why you are doing this in more detail and the few exceptions to the all fruit (it’s about melons!)

Vegetable Based Recipes

>>After you are done with your morning foods, wait at least 20 minutes from an all fruit meal or 30 if you have a chia bowl

You will now select any of the recipes which are all very simple vegetable dishes or fruit and vegetable combinations or vegetable combinations with starchy vegetables included. You will find salads, noodles, wraps, and soups to choose from. You will not be bored! You also do not have to use my exact recipes, I want you to get the hang of mixing and matching and finding out what you like the most and experiment during your reset!

NOTE:

You can do this reset however you want! If you want a smoothie day, do a smoothie day! If you want salads, do salads. I do want you to at least do your morning routine with water, green juice, and some fruit each day. But the rest is up to you. You can choose from anything in the recipe section, or make up your own recipes using simple whole food, vegetable ingredients. I’ve added pdfs, videos and simple notes and tips for you to create so much color with your meals and give your body a HUGE break digestively as you move through this reset.

Whenever I do a reset I love daily accountability or something to do that keeps me grounded in the process. I’ve recorded short daily lessons to help you understand the process and take in a perspective of health I’ve learned over many years of trial and error. When you change how you see food, your body and health, it changes, you become a different version of yourself and decide to feed yourself in a new, lighter way, because you know why you’re doing it!

Listen to a training each day, or binge them and listen to them all again, it’s up to you!! Whenever I’m in the process of learning and becoming better in an area of life, the fastest way to ‘get it’ is to listen to people who already have it, and to saturate your mind with the new information.

I truly hope this helps you reconnect with your body and health again, and it puts you and you taking care of your body and health as the priority you deserve it to be. Remember when you come from a place of love and truth, you will always win.
