Lesson 5: Holding the Vision
Part 1: Confidence
This week is all about holding the vision before you see results, because this is how the world works. This week we’ll be talking about creating confidence, and grounding even more into your self belief. When you’re confident about something, it feels easy. The first thing we’re digging into is cultivating confidence. The biggest thing you can know about confidence is it builds quickly when you keep promises to yourself. To act/think/be different than you were before. Start small, master one thing at a time and watch how quickly your self-belief builds and grows. This is really about you and you, you trusting you. You trusting in this dream you don’t yet see.
JOURNAL PROMPTS
Do you believe that food works?
Do you believe that food is medicine?
How much do you believe that food is medicine?
How much do you believe that your body is always working?
How much do you believe if you made these changes it would work for you?
ASK the right questions
Whatever you pose to your mind, it will immediately go and search for an answer. Use this to your advantage. Instead of asking things like ‘what if it doesn’t work,’ or “why isn’t it happening yet?’ move your mind to focused questions you want it to prove to you instead
Ask questions like:
Why is this working for me?
Why do I know this is already helping me?
How can I believe in myself more today?
how can I practice faith more today?
If it worked for Jodi, why wouldn’t it work for me?
Why is this making so much sense to me now?
Why am I so sure I am getting more fertile every single day?
Confidence is a decision. Before you have it, you practice it. You practice it and decide that it feels way better to take ownership of how things are and what you want than to believe that someone/anyone else has power over you. Your certainty is your power. Practice. Practice. Practice.
