I had my digestion ALL WRONG (podcast inside!)

Last night I realized something BIG. I realized it as I was eating organic bunny graham crackers with coconut cool whip at night, in the dark, well Dash was there because of TEETHING. #arghhh

I realized that I had been making myself wrong and bad for how much I eat at night. Let’s back up. I have been learning about human design for about two years now. I’m obsessed literally. I have the books, listened to all the podcasts with the best in the industry and hired them all so I could learn more.

(I’m not a reader…yet anyways)

But I do know a lot about it and a lot about it in relationship to food and digestion because well it’s my thing.

When I first ran my chart, I was 30 minutes off with my birth time which changed my digestive profile. I thought I was meant to eat my biggest meal at lunch and be in the bright sunlight for my optimal digestion, but it turns out I’m an evening eater.

You can listen to this podcast I did to hear all about it, and how it is changing so much for Dash and his skin and what I realized.

But what I want you to remember is to trust yourselves. There are actually very few ‘rules’ ‘ideas’ whatever you want to call them out there in terms of health that make sense for everyone to be doing.

Yes everyone needs plants the most, and clean water more than that but there really aren’t these industry standards or things about eating x amount of protein that actually matter. It’s ENERGY.

And you knowing your unique energy is everything. Because when you stop fighting yourself, it’s so much easier for your body to simply be and do what it knows how to do which is to take care of you.

So if you are super hungry at night, there may be a reason. If you are super hungry all the time, there may be a reason. If you don’t require as much food, there may be a reason.

We judge everyone for everything these days. She eats so much, she doesn’t eat enough, how do YOU know that? Just figure out how your body works, and get that it’s not going to be the same as your parents or your partner or friends or kids, no one is exactly the same. there’s a reason for this.

There is a massive need to understand this for yourself and your kids and stop making everyone be the same.

Check out the podcast and let me know what you think!
