Another way to use CAULIFLOWER for pizza or toast!

A new way to use cauliflower!

If you are too tired to make a cauliflower pizza, no worries! Here's a short cut I love to do, and it's really hearty too :)

First:

Roast an entire head of cauliflower. Just wash it, cut off the stem/bottom, spray your pan and the cauliflower itself with olive oil spray.

Heat oven to 375 F

Sprinkle cauliflower with salt and garlic powder.

Cook in oven about 25 minutes or until brown on top and easy to slice through.

On your cutting board, using a chef's knife, slice 1 1/2 - 2" thick pieces so that each 'piece' can be a 'slice'

This can also be a bread or sandwich substitute*

Spread regular organic hummus on each slice, top with sliced tomatoes and basil (I ran out or actually mine turned brown so it would have made a bad photo opp!) so I used cilantro instead!

You can also try spreading marina on the slices and top with other veggies and vegan cheese.

Sounds good right?

I'm putting this one in my book!
