Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos - Recipe & Video Post!

I'm excited to jump in here and share a new recipe with you that you can practice over the weekend, or even serve for your guests if you are hosting a dinner party!


I find that people are often intimated by cooking seafood, when it's actually one of the EASIEST and FASTEST lean proteins you can make if you like healthy and fast recipes like I do.

I used wild caught (ALWAYS get WILD CAUGHT) mahi mahi as my protein and then made a really simple dressing, and tons of veggies and fresh herbs as well.

And here's the dressing recipe that you can use if you are grilling fish, baking chicken, or just want a light salad dressing:


  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP rice vinegar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • (I also added orange zest and a little fresh orange juice)
  • Himalayan sea salt
  • Diced red onion

Taste it and see if you need more or less citrus and salt! The longer you have this recipe dressed, the better it gets!

This is your body, your health is the most important thing you have, and if you aren't taking care of your body from every decision of what you choose to eat or not eat every day - it WILL CATCH UP TO YOU.


You can't feed your body crap, it will stop working. That's a fact. And science.
