Eating Abundantly is the key to your healthy body

This may sound too crazy good to be true, but food and how you eat was never meant to be something you had to fear you were doing wrong or having too much of.

This big shift that must occur for you to just be a person who eats healthy stuff (not only but does eat and want to eat healthy foods) is that you GET to pick. You GET to eat what you like and want and you GET to support your body without restriction.

Restriction = Lack.

A lack mindset and a consistent energy of lack is where healthy symptoms come from and where excess weight comes from.

It may sound strange right? That a lack of something = too much of something else.

But it does. Too much inflammation, too many toxins, too much extra weight is from a mindset and energy of what is wrong, what isn’t right, what doesn’t work, I can’t do this, etc.

And you’ll never get to the body you want with the attitude of being tight with food or fearing it or fearing that your bun on your burger or one thing you eat will make you gain weight or not get results.

You have to imagine how you will be when you are this healthy person. Do you think you will do something hard to drop weight and then just go back to eat whatever you were before?

Probably not.

So that means that the entire way you view food and eating and healthy just shifts. To where you eat ABUNDANTLY.

To eat abundantly means you have choices, you get to have your desires and preferences and you get to enjoy it now. You get to enjoy the process of seeing and feeling your body mold and shift and transform into the image you have for it.

You get to know that you stomach is leaning out, your legs are slimming down your muscles are toning up with the health of your cells all in alignment.

And that happy joyful experience doesnt’ come from going on a plan, a diet, a strict whatever you call it for a few months because and then what?

The reason I don’t get behind keto or those type of plans is because they aren’t taking into consideration the integrity of your tissues, cells and organs. They don’t hold up long term. And that’s what I am about. What you need long term. For life. To where this is not going to change.

Some new book will not come out and make this obsolete. Because this is original health and medicine and how food works. And you just need to see how foods work physically and energetically and then you will be able to do what you need to do.
