First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a baby....WAIT something else comes FIRST!

If only it was as simple as the nursery rhyme right? And if it was or has been for you, than YAY! I'm SO SO SO happy and glad about it. 


But unfortunately there are hundreds of thousands of women that this story goes another way and not in a good way. And it's only going to continue to be more common to see fertility issues because (I know the root issues) there are a few and ONE of them being the toxic industrial state we live in making it quite hard to avoid chemicals as well as the inadequacy of our food system. 


BEFORE that baby just easily pops into your being and body, there are things to do if you have been having a hard time. And here's a MAJOR first step that you might be missing. It's more than "eat healthy" ok what does that even mean. You need purpose and intention behind your actions and that is more than cutting out coffee and alcohol. 


If you have SIGNS that your body is not already in tip top shape, then you have work to do, to prepare your body FOR YOU & YOUR BABY. It's very important that if you can, you clear up inflammatory stuff before trying to get pregnant. This means, if you already are or have:

  • Constant bloating
  • Digestive pains/issues
  • Joint pain/aches
  • Skin issues
  • Weight you can't lose
  • Fatigue
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Irregular periods
  • PCOS
  • Endometriosis
  • and more....


THEN please keep reading and know there are MANY things you can do to work on THESE elements first, before you go and try to get pregnant regardless of these. 


All of these things are signs. Your body will use symptoms and disease and inflammation as a last resort to get your attention, so something is up lady. It may be your diet, nutrition, lifestyle, but it also might be your relationship, fears, work, stress, etc. 


When you are fully happy and in alignment you will feel good and be healthy and USUALLY that means you are also being led to making healthy choices BECAUSE of your alignment.


All of those issues are begging you to pay attention, to wake up and to heal, from the inside out, with your food, nutrition, beliefs and stress levels. Creating a healthy body and then a baby ready body is the same as creating money/a new house/new clients/a new opportunity. 


You have to clear the pathway physically and energetically. And those signs, symptoms, diagnoses, etc are not a clear pathway. There is a lot of stuff to move and heal, it's not hard, it doesn't have to take a long time, but just know that it's not there to make it harder for you than others, it's not your fault, and once you understand how to use the right foods FIRST to clear away toxins, inflammation and pain, then you can put your body at ease, then you start to eat to prepare for pregnancy, and all of this will create a much more relaxed body AND mind, where you can do great work in bringing your baby in.


There's so much I didn't know before we had Dalton, and it's such a blessing to have answers, physically and energetically. Take your time, be the strongest person you can be in your body, it will change everything from how you feel now to during pregnancy, to after, AND be the best place for your baby to grow.
