The low carb movement will tell you that even in eating FRUIT, you need to *think* about SUGAR, like the amount of sugar in real, whole natural grown from God's earth in sun, rain and wind is somehow WRONG? or BAD? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Let me just tell you, that it is NOT. You don't need to go running for blueberries and be afraid of dates or pears or mangos. #notathing

I see food as ENERGY and in each plant food, there are different energies at play, and they will PLAY within you and your system differently and work based off where you are at vibrationally with your physical and emotional health. So the choices you make DO matter, but skipping out on bananas or anything else in your smoothie because of CARBS is actually hurting you not helping you out.

I now eat bananas nearly everyday, last night AFTER I ate multiple apples, and a banana and a pear, I had MORE apples and oranges. Sometimes you'll feel the call to eat loads of fruit, sometimes less. Sometimes more protein, sometimes zero. But if your mind tries to get in the way and mess up your actual energetic calling, you miss out on healing, nutrients, vibration and well....#bananaicecream #nicecream 🍌🍌
