HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A GRUMPY MEAN OR BITCHY PERSON EATING LOADS OF PLANTS AND SMOOTHIES?

I haven't. I actually think it's impossible. Impossible for someone to have learned what they need to know in order to take such actions as to clean up from their diet ENTIRELY the things that for actual FACTS pull you down, weight you down and literally HURT and HARM you.

By the time you figure out that there is actually only ONE WAY to eat and that is to see food for what it is and to see yourself for what YOU ARE, then...you will have come to a place of peace and knowing that mostly usually there is only one question to ask:

Is this food or not, does this hurt me or help me?

When you can ask these questions and know the answers as truth inside of you, you already get that you just HAVE to eat the gorgeous beautiful vibrant and COLORFUL foods in order to live.

You are not asking what to eat from a place of being lost, or being confused, or from an emotion that tells you you DO want to eat a not food food so that you feel better. Because you already know that it actually DOESN’T make you feel one lick better at all, maybe only for a second or two or the time it takes to taste it and swallow but then it's over and done and the ingredients and guilt kick in.

Maybe you grew up knowing this stuff. Most of us didn't.
Maybe you like me had to struuuugggglleee your way through a way too long time frame in your life where everything about your body was horrid and inflamed and you didn't want to think about food, let alone learn and see and know that it WAS actually a HUGE piece of the problem in your life.

Because there is what you eat that really is bad and then there's the lack of eating the actual good. So it's really hard to get ahead in this game.

It's funny because what you likely learned or will learn is that all the drama you put ON FOOD wasn't really about RULES that you were following or not. It was that you just didn't know what the food WAS DOING TO YOU.

No one told me, I'm guessing they didn't tell you either.

That just because your grandma made it with love doesn't take away the fact that it's refined or GMO. Or that all that 'protein' you thought you better eat was actually MESSING with your hormones or that nearly ALL the foods on the shelves aren't even food and have ingredients entirely banned by the European Union?

It needs to be common knowledge. Because THEN I promise with all my heart, that you will NOT struggle to decide what to eat. You will not WANT the sugar, you will not TOLERATE spending your money on that because you see what it's actually doing.

It's stealing your light, it's making you hide, it's slowing you down and your SOUL is not out in this world being the actual real YOU.

Who is a happy smoothie drinking non bitchy person to be around and you just know the truth and choose to fuel your happiness instead.
