How to make a Vegan Wedge Salad in less than 10 minutes!

New easy vegan salad recipe for you guys!

I know SO many of you want to eat healthier but TIME is the biggest factor for you, so here’s another real life example of how to make this happen in literally 7 minutes! And remember it’s WORTH IT.

We even had a few minute interruption because Dalton was lying on my marble cutting board….again!

This is a new spin, not ice berg, not even romaine, I didn’t have tomatoes but still made it happen!


  • Organic green leafy lettuce

  • 1/4 orange bell pepper

  • Raw sesame seeds

  • Tessamae Vegan Ceasar Dressing

  • Scallions

  • Fresh chopped cilantro

  • Kite Hill vegan ricotta

  • 1 small cucumber chopped

  1. Wash and chop greens and toss in bowl

  2. Chop up scallions (2); cucumbers, cilantro, orange pepper

  3. Add cucumbers, pepper, sesame seeds to bowl

  4. Drizzle with vegan ceasar dressing

  5. Top with cilantro and then use a fork to flake the ricotta and drop on top of salad

Serve it up! I ate this whole entire thing myself so remember to eat lots of greens!
